Job Outline

• Assist the Sales Team to create and maintain the Customer Records, requests, client complaints etc.
• To manage all group bookings from the trade and submit for approval in a given time frame.
• Support and co-ordinate in compiling routine and/or ad-hoc reports on potential and existing clients to ensure that teams functions efficiently.
• To independently ensure and supervise efficient filing systems in the Sales Office.
• Co-ordinate and support Sales team in the selling and marketing of all products through efficient handling of direct mail and Tele- sales, answering to queries.
• Work together with the Sales team to ensure group booking process is in line with the company policy.
• Assist the Sales team to communicate with the clients to maximize group revenue opportunity and group utilization.
• Any relevant work may be assigned by SM

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

• 4 years experience in Sales & Travel related field.
• Higher secondary education.
• Adequate command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of people (staff and external customers).
• Fluently in both oral and written English and Cantonese.
